A Daruma doll tattoo for my friend. These dolls represent good fortune and goal setting.

The way they work:

1. Make a Wish: Buy a Daruma doll with completely blank white eyes. Focus on a specific goal or wish, and paint or draw the pupil into the doll’s left eye.

2. Display It: Place the doll in a prominent workspace or home altar to keep yourself motivated.

3. Complete the Eyes: Once your goal is achieved or the wish comes true, fill in the right eye as a sign of gratitude and accomplishment.

4. Return to Temple: Traditionally, completed or unfulfilled dolls are brought back to a temple at the end of the year to be burned in a ceremonial ritual called Daruma Kuyo

What the actual hell. I promise I was optimistic about moving into the future, but it just keeps getting worse.

Pinecone tattoo for a good soul. I promise I’m trying to put up more artwork for you all, including tattoo work, but I’m finding life to be extremely heavy. Perhaps the heaviest part of it all is the feeling of loneliness. The deepest loneliness is realizing that, no matter how many people surround you, every soul is completely alone. We love each other, walk beside each other and share pieces of ourselves. But when it comes down to it, everyone will always choose what’s best for themselves. Maybe the answer to this is acceptance rather than resentment. The only one who can save you is you.

Mostly healed(90%) in the photograph. An anime / manga Naruto tattoo of one of the most beloved characters of what could be any manga or anime ever. This show has so many good messages in it. Frankly, I wish I never seen it so I can watch it again with fresh eyes and mind. Thanks again for letting me do this piece for you. Long live Itachi Uchiha. What anime or manga would you get a tattoo for?

Tattoo process on this Cowboy Bebop tattoo🤷🏻‍♂️

This custom tattoo was made to represent characters from a book she read and liked. I think having tattoos on your tattoos is pretty cool. We made this in the one and only great city of Detroit.

And they do it the day of the appointment. 🥴

Come hang out and get a tattoo in Detroit.

Are you interested in large scale blackwork tattoos? If you had something done in this way, where would you get it?

Do you love Detroit enough to get a tattoo representing it? Well, you should. And you should get it in Detroit!
